We are looking forward to Returning Campers and New Campers and just to let you know that even though the camps are 4 weeks, they are ongoing. That means if you can't start on the actual start date, no worries. We take the remaining camps and prorate the amount.

Camp Days And Times:

Camp 1: Mondays-Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:00AM-7:00AM.

Get your day started early. Now you have time to take the kids to school and get your day off, feeling great!!!

Camp 2: Mondays-Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00AM-10:00AM.

Whether you are a stay home mom, or own your own business and have some flexibility in your schedule...this is a great time to workout!

Over the past 14 years, we’ve helped more than 500 Miami residents. We started as independent trainers, but had a vision to create a system that would provide the fitness truth and help people replace misinformation and false beliefs with common sense, proven concepts and proven strategies. residents get into the best shape of their lives. Folks of all different backgrounds, abilities, ages and sizes get the results they want. So there really is nobody we can’t help. • Overweight women of all ages:

Whether you have 10 pounds to lose, or 100, are 25 or 75 years young, we can get you to your goal faster, and with more certainty than any other option available to you. Women gain a tremendous amount of self-esteem and self-confidence through the power of exercise.

• Beginner exercisers of all ages:

If you’ve never done a push-up or sit-up or never been athletic, you won’t feel out of place here. Although we run Boot Camp as a group, it’s set up to accommodate ALL women, from beginner to advanced exercisers. We know precisely how to match the workouts to the individual, so you always get exactly what you need.

• Teens:

If your female children are interested…they are welcome. Ages 14-17 (with parental approval) can get started early developing healthy habits that serve them their entire lives. Questions and Answers.


What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?

This Video was shot at our Coral Gables Location.

This was our Turkey Day Workout. Please note that the amount of participants in this video, were a bit more than average.

Camps average 10 to 12 campers.

Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!


What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What are the days and times?

The Days that Pinecrest Campers meet are:

Camp 1: Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00AM to 7:00AM.

Camp 2: Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00AM to 10:00AM.

You may switch if you cannot make it to camp 1 or camp 2.


If I'm Trying Out The Camp For My Free Trial Workout What Should I do?

We appreciate you trying out a FREE workout. Please enter the community center and ask for a waiver to be filled out at the front desk.

Also, its very important that you do arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier so that you can warm up properly.

What can I achieve from camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.

The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina.
