Some fitness trainers only understand heavy weight training and treat you like a professional athlete preparing for a competition and yell to motivate you. Most health clubs, most trainers rush you right to the exercise machine, and that has created a mistake and belief in people’s minds. People think they need the machines. Yet, a great majority of people who use the machines regularly fail to ever achieve the results they are looking for. We wouldn’t do that to you. 30 in a hurry fitness is all about Results! 30 In A Hurry Fitness Professionals understand: weight loss/weight management, nutrition, flexibility and muscular strength and your desire to improve your physical appearance, but also your need to reduce stress and feel good about yourself. 30 in a hurry fitness programs include a gradual progression of difficulty:
The first sessions with your personal trainer should be well within the bounds of the person’s ability. Some mild to moderate soreness is normal. Good trainers start with very conservative levels of exercise intensity until they get to know the capability of their clients. Then, the level of difficulty is gradually increased.
