Consultation
Before we can begin helping you achieve your specific fitness goals, we’ll first meet with you to discuss your health history and injury profile. With your permission, we may also contact your physicians, physical therapists, or specialists who can offer us valuable insights about your existing or pre-existing conditions. The more we know about your health, the more accurately we can design a safe and effective program for you.

After reviewing your comprehensive health/injury profile, we’ll discuss your specific fitness goals. We can then create a personalized, multi-faceted in-home fitness program that will combine your unique personal fitness goals with your health history, your injury profile and your physician’s specific recommendations.Two key factors that will determine the success of your customized fitness program are session frequency and exercise adherence. Session frequency refers to the number of workout sessions per week. We recommend a session frequency of three per week when starting your program in order for you to achieve a consistent training rhythm and to maximize your results. Exercise adherence is the act of maintaining a training protocol over a period of time. Our clients adhere to their exercise program because of its highly customized nature. Your goals, special needs and exercise preferences will all be taken into consideration when developing your fitness routine.
