Small Group Personal Training for Women is a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want.Even in a small group setting your trainer will give you constant technique monitoring, motivation, and an increased commitment to your workout. You will be motivated to push yourself to keep up a steady pace of training with other clients. You will work out harder, consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own. Your fitness level does not matter. We can accommodate all fitness levels in our sessions simply by adjusting the intensity of the exercises. This means that no one is ever left behind, or ‘held back’ during a training sessions. Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. A circuit that combines cardio and strength moves will blast fat and sculpt muscle. A circuit is a series of strength or cardio exercises (or both) repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets.

Circuit training is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. 'Circuit' refers to a group of activities or 'stations' positioned around the facility that are to be visited in rapid succession. The range of stations includes those comprising resistance equipment (e.g. strength machines or free weights), as well as allocated spaces to do squat thrusts, pushups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and other exercises.
What is FIT 30 Minute Circuit?
Each four-week program consists of a series of exercises designed to maximize a total-body workout in the shortest amount of time. Each of the workouts is led by a Certified Fitness Professional. Each 30 minute circuit is designed to include stretching (to increase flexibility and prevent injuries), strength training and muscle toning (the more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn), and cardiovascular conditioning (to increase the amount of fat and calories you burn during the workout).Our 30 minute structured workout allows you to work at a high level of intensity at your fitness level, and your body doesn’t immediately return to its resting rate. FIT 30 Minute Circuit eliminates the waste of time and long rest periods and moves you efficiently through exercises. You cut down on the amount of time you have to spend in the gym!! After our 30 minute training, your body continues to burn energy as if you were exercising, even though energy demands are back to a resting rate. This means that you are still burning fat even after you have stopped. Besides easy to use machines, we integrate free weights, medicine balls and kettle bells into your training to make your body work harder. This creates balance and more muscle involvement which means more calorie burning baby!! The workout program changes as you advance, so your body does not adapt and reach a plateau. If you keep doing the same level of work, your body adapts to it and quits changing. To get the most out of our solution, you have to progressively increase the level of work on both your strength and cardio exercises.
Days and Times:
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays at 8:00AM.**If you have a group of 4 women or more, we may be able to accommodate special days and times. Payments must be made in advance to secure times and days and available trainer.

Cost:
The cost of the 4 week program is $99.00. That is 12 workout sessions for only $99.00. The sessions do not carry over, so if you don't use it, you lose it!.After 4 weeks, participants will continually be challenged with increase in intensity and more challenging workouts. Workouts for beginners will always be modified to work at their fitness level.
