Every 30 Days, 30 in a hurry fitness will change your workout and either recommend the purchase of additional equipment or equipment that contains resistance that is more challenging.

Once you are finished, your customized workout program will be ready in 3 days. All workouts will include illustrated exercises with proper form explanation and recommended weight, sets and reps.
