Bootcamp Fitness For Men starts August 10-September 4 at 6:30AM to 7:30AM.


Men of all fitness levels, sizes and ages are gaining great results with Fitness Bootcamps around the country! You can too! Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program? Then this adventure is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine come try this whole new approach to exercise...fun!

Boot Camp Fitness For Men is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into your pants, impress your significant other or just want to feel young again...you need to sign up for this program.


Guys...in order to maximize fat loss, you must incorporate 3 key elements.

1. Supportive Nutrition-Consume what is known as thermic meals every 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

2. Provide the body progressive resistance training so that the body does not adapt to the workout and continues to stress to grow and release excess body fat stores.

3. Provide the body with progressive aerobic training so that the heart and lungs become more efficient in using oxygen to burn fat.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of safely doing. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.

What types of exercises are included in the program?

Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 6:30AM-7:30AM.

We are working on a night time camp starting at 7:00PM to 8:00PMDetails will be provided as soon as we have them.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, one set of weights (12 to 15 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and an awesome attitude. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What can I achieve from camp?

Your body will become more fit and muscular, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What Boot Camp Fitness For Men is not:

A militaristic style format where you will be humiliated. A competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities.
