Cost Of The 4 Week Bootcamp For Women.
This special 4 Week Boot Camp has a registration fee of $159.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
Where Do We Meet?
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet Monday/Wednesday/ Friday for one hour during the four-week program.
All participants will be expected to arrive on time.
Camp starts at 6:00AM to 7:00AM.
As an option, you can also choose 1 to 2 camps per week during the 4 week camp. We do recommend this only if you are participating in other exercise programs.
The First Camp starts on January 11th and ends on February 5th. The Camps are ongoing, so if you do want to sign up even though a camp might of started, you still can!
Can I Sign Up Even Though A Camp Has Begun?
Yes! You may sign up for a camp that has already begun. The reason we start camps every 4 weeks, even though they are ongoing is to keep track of campers and to help organize our business.
If you do start late, we will take the amount of camps you are signing up for, give you that per camp rate and multiply it by the amount of camps remaining. That way, when the next camp starts, you make payment on time.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at WAL*MART, Sports Authority or other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

The 4 week program includes before and after assessments.
The 4 week program includes a Nutritional Seminar and Nutritional Guide Book.
