30 Day Fitness Journey

The 30 Day Fitness Journey is great for people who might be unsure of their commitment level and their motivation but want to give it all they got for 30 days to see some evidence. We have had clients lose 6 to 8 lbs in 30 days but more importantly their stress level and their blood pressure went down. This is also an ideal program to really test the waters and make sure you are happy in our training environment and feel comfortable with our professional assistance.

90 Day Makeover Program

The 90 Makeover Program is for participants who are committed to making a physical transformation, while making a significant difference in their blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and cardio respiratory system. We have seen clients lose 24 to 30 lbs and achieve new dress or pant sizes they haven’t seen since College or High school.

The 90 day Makeover program takes you through 3 distinctive phases. In each phase you make simple changes in the way you eat and the way you exercise and just before the body decides to stop changing, you shift into a new phase to keep progress ongoing and consistent.

The program will include different training phases and change the methods of physical stimulus. The goal will be to continuously encourage your body to continue a pattern of positive physiological changes and to prevent the body’s from the dreaded plateaus that slow progress.

These progressive changes will also keep you psychologically stimulated with constantly changing, fun workouts. The stimulus changes include new exercises, set variations, changes in repetitions and tempo, intensity, rest periods, exercise sequences, and more. The Stay Fit Program

This program is for participants who have achieved the results they desired from our programs or who are at an advanced fitness level and want to continue to exercise with their trainer. We are just not about weight loss.

We can help you train for any sport you love to play or we can help you prevent injuries or work with you through your injury. Please note that if you do have an injury we will work along with your Health Care Professional for a sound program.


Post-Rehab Exercise Program

Our company, 30 in a hurry fitness receives referrals from physicians and allied health care professionals.

If you have been recently discharged from physical therapy after a musculoskeletal injury or recovering from ACL repair or rotator cuff surgery, or just completed a series of physical therapy visits for a chronic back condition our team of fitness professionals will provide continuous exercise programs that are developed with fitness and medical professionals to avoid injuries and improve your function. Post Gastric Bypass Fitness

Developing an individualized exercise and physical activity plan is one of the most important steps of obesity surgery preparation and post operative. An exercise program that implements light resistance training and cardiovascular training should begin well before and after (make sure you have clearance from your Health Care Professional)should be resumed as soon as possible after bariatric surgery. Even a small increase in exercise can improve a patient’s flexibility, range of motion, and balance, as well as decrease the chance of injury and soreness. Adventure Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 5 times weekly,(we have a program option for 2-5 days a week) for four weeks, at 60 minute durations per session.
