At 30 In A Hurry Fitness, we realize that we wouldn’t have a business without our clients. So we strive to make customer service our number one priority. Our goal is to provide such an unbelievable experience for our clients that they brag about us to everyone they know.
Your sessions are all about you.
Every Personal Training program is different - one size does not fit all! Depending on your goals, physical fitness level, interests, and your individual muscular imbalances, your trainer will design a custom-fit program perfect for you. When you decide to work with a trainer, you can book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You can train as often as you like with your trainer or as little as once every 4-8 weeks just to keep you on track and make a few changes to your program. Perhaps you'd like to start a running program, go hiking or train to improve your golf game. It's your session and we want to accommodate your goals, your needs, and your interests.
We will hold you accountable to your goals.
If you don't show up, we'll be calling to find out why! It's exactly this type of accountability that most people need to help them stick to a program and get great results! Because we don't have 5000 members to manage, we can really take care of our clients. We pride ourselves in our attention to details and the service and value we offer the people who have trusted their health and fitness to us

We realize that our business is only as good as our Fitness Professionals. So we only recruit and hire the best. We know that our clients want our fitness professionals to exhibit the same qualities as any provider of any professional service, say, a lawyer, accountant or physician - a high degree of knowledge in their field, demonstrated expertise, plus a personality that's compatible with theirs.

A. Educated
Fitness information is always changing and that's why you need a company who values education and is committed to staying on the cutting edge. At 30 In A Hurry Fitness, we understand that the minute a Fitness Professional stops learning, they cease to be a teacher. We have to keep learning so we will always be able to offer something new to our clients. All of our trainers are certified through a nationally recognized association, attend regular fitness conferences, workshops and meetings and subscribe to a number of fitness trade journals. We also network with a variety of health professionals including sports physicians, nutritionists, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. We will know the answers to your questions and if we don’t, we'll know where to find them.
B. Exceptional Teaching Abilities.
At 30 In A Hurry Fitness we strive to teach you something new every single session. You may learn a new fitness fact, a new exercise or how to use a new piece of exercise equipment. You will be provided with articles and be invited to seminars. We believe that Knowledge + Action = Results and we’ll provide you with both. One thing for sure - there is no stopping to the extent of information you will receive from our fitness professionals .
C. Desire to Help and Contribute.
We only hire fitness professionals who truly want to see people succeed. Our staff get a great deal of personal satisfaction from knowing that they've played a role in helping our clients make positive changes to their lives. Our staff really cares. Expect our staff to show up for sessions on time and prepared, expect to get regular motivational phone calls, emails, and expect your trainers to put a lot of effort into designing your personalized fitness program…we strive to exceed our customers' expectations.
D. Honest.
Our staff will only act in your best interest. We are not here to just sell you a service or product - we want to service your needs. It's as important to us as it is to you that you get the results you want. Any recommendations we make will be based on scientific research taking into account your interests, needs and goals.
E. Ability to Motivate.
The sad fact is seven out of 10 people who start an exercise or nutrition program drop out within a few months. If you have been among these dropout statistics, the problem may not be with you– it may be with the method. Most people attempt to do too much too quickly without any planning and they have no idea how to monitor their progress. This is why our Personal Trainers undergo extensive training to learn how to develop the right types of systems and programs to help clients achieve success. At 30 In A Hurry Fitness, we know we can't treat all clients the same. You definitely will not get a generic fitness program from your Personal Trainer. Your needs, interests, goals, fitness level and muscular imbalances will all be considered before a fitness program is designed. You will get an exercise program that is custom-designed and perfect for you! And your trainer will also know how to advance your program so that as your body starts to get more fit and strong, your trainer will implement changes to ensure you are always experiencing great results. We only hire Personal Trainers that people like to be around. As a business, we definitely look for staff who are professional, educated, experienced and have good instructional skills, but we also recognize that these skills without a motivating personality will not cut it. A good attitude is a prerequisite before we will hire anyone.

Of course, our clients need accountability. That's why they've hired us - to help them stick to the program. But there will be times when you just need us to understand your situation and you can be assured that we will never judge you and you can always count on our unconditional support.
