1. Personal Trainer meets with the client for 4 One-on-One sessions. This can be done once a week or twice a week. As the program changes, we would recommend then coming in to learn the new exercises. Part of this program is 'Hands On Training'. 2.In-person discussion of member's goals and particular workout requirements. 3. Fitness assessment is completed. 4. Demonstration of the various equipment and exercises given for the customized fitness program. 5. Based on clients goals, exercise constraints, fitness level and clients like and dislikes an individualized, 'My 30 in a hurry fitness' program is created. 6. You are provided a booklet of the illustrated exercises of the movements we went over. **Workout includes accurate sets, reps, weights and cardio duration and intensity for each individual client. After the fitness assessment, which occurs on the first day, you and your trainer will go over your workout program. You will learn by doing in the privacy of our fitness facility. You will learn specific movements for each muscle group. You will learn how to properly execute each movement and how to maximize your cardio training.
