Times For Camps are 5:30AM-6:30AM and 6:00PM-7:00PM.

The Morning Times start at 5:30AM. We ask that you arrive atleast 5 minutes earlier to get settled and to start a general walk.

Morning Camps are offered Monday-Friday.

The Night Time camps are offered Monday Through Thursday and you are more than welcome to switch mornings to nights and vice versa.

The Coral Gables Bootcamp For Women Location takes place at:

Fred B. Hartnett Ponce Circle Park.2810 Ponce de Leon Blvd. 4 blocks south of Coral Way, in the center of Ponce de Leon Blvd.

On certain days, we will announce that all campers will be meeting at our facility for a Tour of Coral Gables.

On these days we use the Gables to perform are workouts.

From benches, to ramps to benches and streets..we use it all to create fun, calories burning workouts.

4 Week - $179 up to 20 workouts in 4 weeks. $8.45/ workout. Up to 5 days per week Boot Camp (4 full weeks, 5 sessions per week Mon-Fri Mornings at 5:30am to 6:30AM or 6:00PM to 7:00PM 4 full weeks, 4 sessons per week Mon-Thur Nights. To get your 5th day in, you can come to our Friday Morning Workout.

$179 For 4 Weeks!

12 week Transformation Boot Camp-$159 up to 60 workouts in 12 weeks. $7.95/workout. If you are ready to make a commitment to your weight loss plan, our 12 week Body Transformation Boot Camp option is right for you! With this option you will be automatically registered for the next 3 boot camps at their selected time and there will be 3 recurring monthly payments of $159. One taken immediately, one in 30 days and one in 60 days.

$159 every 4 weeks until 12 weeks are up.


12 Month Addicted To Bootcamp-$139 up to 240 workouts in 12 months. $6.95/workout. If you want to take fitness beyond the 4 walls of the gym and you love the outside and the creative workouts Bootcamp For Women provides, this option is for you. With this option you will be automatically registered for 12 bootcamps and there will be 12 recurring monthly payments of $139. One taken immediately, and the following taken every 30 days.

Jump Start Program- $99.00 for 8 Camps in 4 Weeks. This option is if you want to average your camps to 2 workouts a week. You can go more, but you are only allowed to attend 8 camps during the 4 weeks.
