90 Day Shape Over Program For Men and Women.
Ideal For Participants who need to lose 24 to 30 pounds.
You are expected to:
1. Exercise a total of 5 to 6 days a week.2. 2 to 3 days of resistance training with a personal trainer at 30 in a hurry fitness training facility in Coral Gables. 3. 4 to 6 days of cardio training from 20 minutes to 45 minutes (this can be done at our facility or at your gym or home). 4. Follow our nutritional strategies and concepts. Throw out your dieting beliefs and misinformation and allow us to re-educate you and replace those false beliefs with empowering truth. 5. Have a positive mindset and a belief you will succeed!
This program is not for you if:

A variety of exercises that will be performed at our personal training studio with your trainer, who will absolutely consider your fitness level, along with their guidance in helping you effectively maximize your cardio potential, to burn maximum calories. 3. Supportive Nutrition Concepts and Strategies that will help you to understand the importance of eatingthe right foods and eating those foods every 3 to 3 1/2 hours and introducing you to the 10% cheat rule.

The 90 day shape over program takes you through 3 distinctive phases. In each phase you make simple changes in the way you eat and the way you exercise and just before the body decides to stop changing, you shift into a new phase to keep progress ongoing and consistent.The program will include different training phases and change the methods of physical stimulus. The goal will be to continuously encourage your body to continue a pattern of positive physiological changes and to prevent the body’s from the dreaded plateaus that slow progress. These progressive changes will also keep you psychologically stimulated with constantly changing, fun workouts. The stimulus changes include new exercises, set variations, changes in repetitions and tempo, intensity, rest periods, exercise sequences, and more.
