Although the 30 in a hurry fitness center specializes in 1 on 1 Personal Training, we also understand the need for more affordable options.
Small Group Personal Training for Women is a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want. Even in a small group setting your trainer will give you constant technique monitoring, motivation, and an increased commitment to your workout. You will be motivated to push yourself to keep up a steady pace of training with other clients. You will work out harder, consistently, and more efficiently than you would on your own.
What is the 30 in a hurry circuit solution?
Each four-week program consists of a series of exercises designed to maximize a total-body workout in the shortest amount of time. Each of the workouts is led by a Certified Fitness Professional. Each 30 minute circuit is designed to include stretching (to increase flexibility and prevent injuries), strength training and muscle toning (the more lean muscle you have, the more fat you burn), and cardiovascular conditioning (to increase the amount of fat and calories you burn during the workout).
The fat burning effect of our 30 minute training is through a mechanism called EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). (Google- excess post-exercise oxygen to learn more)
Our 30 minute structured workout allows you to work at a high level of intensity, and your body doesn’t immediately return to its resting rate. 30 in a hurry fitness eliminates the waste of time and long rest periods and moves you efficiently through exercises. You cut down on the amount of time you have to spend in the gym!!
After our 30 minute training, your body continues to burn energy as if you were exercising, even though energy demands are back to a resting rate. This means that you are still burning fat even after you have stopped.
Basically we're using resistance training, core training and functional training as the cornerstone of our fat loss programming. Our goal is to work every muscle group hard, frequently, and with an intensity that creates a massive "metabolic disturbance" or "afterburn" that leaves the metabolism elevated for several hours post-workout.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Besides easy to use machines, we integrate free weights, medicine balls and kettle bells into your training to make your body work harder. This creates balance and more muscle involvement which means more calorie burning baby!!
The circuit changes as you advance, so your body does not adapt and reach a plateau. If you keep doing the same level of work, your body adapts to it and quits changing. To get the most out of our solution, you have to progressively increase the level of work on both your strength and cardio exercises.
We also implement a specialized training method called 'FREESTYLE. Freestyle focuses a lot of the workouts on the lower body for maximum calorie burning. We do not neglect the upper body at all, but the larger muscle groups are located in the lower body and a majority of the exercises for the buttocks and thighs, increase the calorie burning during this workout session.
Please note: We do not use hydraulic equipment and welcome any one from any 'women only workout franchise' to graduate to the next level of exercise.

Our Fitness Professionals certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine, The National Strength and Conditioning Association and The American Council on Exercise, believes that every second of your workout must be carefully orchestrated and executed by a certified fitness professional and that a private environment is essential for effective communication between you and your trainer.
You'll learn to improve not only strength and body composition, but balance, coordination, flexibility and real world function.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each session will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
How often will we meet?
A minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 8 people will be meeting for a recommended workout frequency of 3 x a week. The 3 day program frequency along with cardio training after the workout or on alternate days and eating supportively will help you efficiently achieve the results you desire.
Remember, along with the 30 in a hurry circuit solution, you need to incorporate cardio training (free access to our cardio equipment after workouts or on alternative days) and supportive eating.
2 x a week option. Can't make it 3 x a week? No problem, we also offer pricing for 2 workouts per week.
We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00PM and Saturdays at 10:00AM.

** Our plan is to add more sessions, but in order to start a new time slot, we must have a minimum of 5 participants.
What do I need to bring?
A water bottle, exercise sneakers with great support, and a great attitude. Also, make sure you eat atleast 30 minutes to 1 hour before exercise. This will help you fuel your body. Exercising on an empty stomach may cause your blood sugar to run low and could cause you to feel dizzy, faint or nauseos.
What can I expect from the 30 minute circuit solution?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
The four-week 30 in a hurry circuit solution has a registration fee of $99 for 3 x a week -30 minute sessions along with your trainer. Or you can choose 2 x a week for $88. Don't forget, this gives you access to our cardio equipment every day except Sundays.
Please note: All sessions expire every 4 weeks. They do not carry over to the next month. This is about you committing to be consistent, persistent and motivated every 30 days.
This cost will also include the use of our cardio machines on your alternative days or after your workout session in our state of the art, private training facility.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the 30 In A Hurry Circuit Solution. You will get your pre-30 In a Hurry Circuit Solution evaluation by your trainer prior to the start of the 4 week program. Once we receive your registration information you will be notified to make an appointment.
Is this a year contract?
Absolutely not! In fact, I can almost guarantee you are still paying for your membership somewhere and not using the facility. Why? Quite simple, we believe you need an effective program, you need accountability (believe me, if you are not coming in for our scheduled sessions, you will hear from us) you need a coach and you want results. We Guarantee Results!
The 30 in a hurry circuit solution is a 4 week program that takes you on a month to month journey. If you can focus on getting yourself better every 30 days, imagine what will happen in 3 to 6 months!! The agreement is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
