Here’s how it works…
Train with a Gables Fitness Expert 3 times a week in our private training facility for men and women or register for our bootcamps for women (sorry guys)and attend a Nutritional Support Workshop. Follow our nutritional plan that recommends you choosing: 1. Lean Proteins. 2. Favorable Complex Carbs/Starches. 3. Fruits. 4. Fibrous Vegetables. 5. Essential Fats. And eating those foods every 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Along with the nutrition component and the resistance training component, we will instruct you and guide you on productive aerobic/cardio training to maximize your calorie burn so you can lose inches. The cardio training is a must either after your workout or on alternate days when you are not resistance training. At the end of the program you will see enough evidence to keep the momentum going. If for any reason you are not happy with your results, you may ask for a refund.

All the synergistic components are integrated, but the exercise sessions are unprecendented in their time efficiency and their far-reaching benefits. The Exercises compiled into this program will contain movements that you have not done before, but can accomplish. You will learn to use more muscles at one time, rather then focusing on isolation movements. More muscle involvement means more calorie burn, period! Results become apparent within days and as you progress along the journey you gain greater power and control over the way your body looks and feels. Advanced exercisers will feel challenged and will benefit from enhanced recuperation time and those who are new to exercise will find a gradual progression allowing a sense of ease. The better shape you're in, the more challenging the program becomes. The more apprehensive you are about exercise, the more modest the progression will appear. This is a "guided nutritional/ exercise program" created especially for you and serves as an educational curriculum to teach you nutritional/exercise strategies and concepts for Physical Change.
Most people fail on their fitness programs due to poor eating habits. It's not just about counting calories. It's about eating the right nutrients from the right food groups. This program is essential for proper health and fat loss (decreasing your body-fat percentage).
You are provided with 2 Assessments.
Before, middle and the final week of the 30 days. A complete analysis and evaluation of various fitness components will be performed prior to initiating the program, middle of the program to monitor progress and after 30 days to evaluate your results.
After the first assessment, we will meet with you one on one to individualize a menu planning system and teach you how to incorporate common sense nutritional strategies and concepts so you can create your own individualized menu for constant physical change, proper nutrients and energy.
We will discuss and define 2 main concepts: Supportive Nutrition Eating the right foods) and Eating every 3 to 3 ½ hours.
In order to achieve the results you desire you need to have 3 components that all have to work synergistically. Meaning if one component is missing, your results will be limited.
The 3 components that we educate our clients on are:
Component 1 is Supportive Nutrition. A. Supportive Nutrition -(Eating the right foods, in proper portion, that supports that helps to increase the metabolism (how quickly we burn through food), provide the essential nutrients and stablize blood sugar). B. Eating every 3 to 3 ½ hours. (This allows our body to properly absorb nutrients when they are in portion amount, teaches your metabolism to burn through food efficently and helps to maintain your blood sugar and important food hormones that help to increase your energy and liberate fat.
Component #2 is Maintain Muscle.Muscle is metabolism. Muscle is the site where fat is burned! In order to liberate fat, function better and stronger, you have to maintain lean and or improve muscle tissue. Resistance Training helps to maintain lean muscle and in fact, resistance training helps to maintain or increase bone density. We understand that you are not a competitive bodybuilder, so we will not train you like one. **Note to women. Because you lack the levels of testosterone that man have, you cannot gain big muscles. There are other factors such as years of training you would have to achieve and genetic predisposition.
Component 3 is Productive Cardio.It must be performed in a gradual, progressive manner where the body is continually getting challenged. Otherwise the body adapts and your weight loss, becomes weight maintenance.
Do You Still Have Questions?
How long will it take to see results? You'll notice changes in energy within 3 days. You'll notice your body starts to move better, tasks get easier, endurance increases, and your mood is enhanced within the first week. By the end of the second week you'll notice bodyparts developing a bit more tone, things that were flabby will feel a little more solid to the touch, and you'll find life gets easier. By the end of the third week you'll have completely integrated the concept of supporitve eating, you'll have very very clear evidence you'll kicked metabolism forward, and you'll see fat reduction in whatever you perceive to be your greatest trouble areas. Clothes will fit better and you'll be overtaken by a sense of power, knowing you've gained a complete awareness of how to keep improving. Will the results be lasting? If you decide to stop exercising and start opting for the pizza and beer diet on Day 22, realize you'll answer the question as to how lasting your results will be. If you simply stay on course, you're in control. It gets better and better. Scroll back up and read the words of John Cline again. Do I have to work hard? Well, yes. You have to challenge yourself. The words, "work hard" are relative, and the program takes that into consideration. At the onset, those who are new to exercise will be asked to follow the regimen at a comfortable pace, those who are trying to get back into the shape they were once in will be asked to follow the regimen at a modestly challenging pace, and those who are advanced will be asked to work hard. With time you'll find the intensity of the workouts increases, but your perception of "hard" changes. If anyone tells you that you can achieve a dramatic positive change without effort, they're lying, plain and simple. This program doesn't cater to what you want to hear, it caters to what works. Always. I hate cardio! Do I have to do cardio? If you care at all about your heart and lungs, if you want to deliver nutrients efficiently to the cells of your body, and you want to feel good, then yes, you have to do cardio. Now the good news. We will look at your current frequency, duration and intensity of your routine, and show you what you might be doing wrong and change it to become more efficient. For instance, there have been several occasions where our clients were performing 6 days cardio workouts for 45 minutes with no results! We simply changed their mode of cardio work. Meaning...if they were doing treadmill, we taught them to jog outside..which is a bit more challenging or we taught them how to increase the intensity, but shorten the duration for more of a metabolic shift that exercise science is proving today. But,more importantly, not just isolating their cardio, when participants change their eating habits and challenge their muscles more with our resistance training methods, their bodies listen and they easily modify their boring aerobic workouts. Is dieting a key to success with the program? Supportive Eating is a key to success with the program, but it has absolutely nothing to do with deprivation. As you'll learn in the very first presentation, a reliance upon a flawed approach (calorie deprivation) is a primary reason for the all-too-common "struggle" with body fat. When you learn to eat in a manner that boosts metabolism, you eat. Meals. Good nutrient complete meals. If anything this program is the anti-Diet. "Understand what perfection would be . . . but don't strive to be perfect . . . simply eat better than you did last week." This very real-world approach to making shifts in nutritional habits ensures adherence and prevents the sense of "I blew it." You'll learn to shut down cravings, to eat the less supportive foods without fear of failure, and make supportive eating a comfortable lifetime habit. Nutrition is a key to success . . . but dieting? No. There are no "diets" involved.
